Fingerprinting will done Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. by appointment only. Please call the Division of Continuing Education at 516-323-3551 to schedule an appointment.
Please come prepared with the following:
1. a photo ID
2. the consent form for fingerprinting and criminal history records search, and fingerprint cards, which can be obtained in the Continuing Education Office in Sienna Hall, Rm 106
3. a money order for $94.25 payable to New York State Education Department, checks cannot be accepted. The fee can also be paid online at: www.highered.nysed.gov/tcert/ospra/home.html
4. the $10.00 fee (Molloy Students) or $20.00 fee (general public) charged by the Division of Continuing Education for this service. Cash, MasterCard, Visa and a check or money order payable to Molloy College are accepted.

TEACH Online Sevices:
If you are applying for teacher certification in New York, The New York State Office of Teaching Initiatives has an online application and database system, TEACH Online Services, which will allow you to apply online for certification, and check the status of applications, the status of fingerprint clearance, documents and test results received. Please visit their website at: www.highered.nysed.gov/tcert/teach/ for further information. You may also call 518-473-2998 to find out the status of your fingerprint clearance.
